When returning goods to Ambit Lite Ltd, we will only cover the cost of freight for goods that are faulty or damaged prior to delivery. Freight costs for all other returns will be at the expense of the purchaser.

For any items that are not faulty but that you wish to return, you will be charged a 50% re-stocking charge on the price of the goods sent back.

Any incorrect items are to be sent back within 3 days of delivery and you will need to write a small covering letter, with your order reference, a copy of recipt and your reasons for returning the goods.
